My counseling approach is rooted in experiential modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy and Art Therapy, while offer other psychotherapy approaches such as Internal Family Systems and Carl Jung's psychoanalysis.
I am deeply committed to personal and professional growth, currently pursuing certification as an EFT therapist and advancing my education in trauma coursework. I’m honored to receive supervision by Dr Leslie Greenberg, the main developer of Emotion Focused Therapy .
